NBC LTD. and any third party who makes its software available in conjunction with or through NBC Ltd. ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE REFERENCED BY OR LINKED TO THIS APPLICATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL NBC LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM: (1) RELIANCE ON THE MATERIALS PRESENTED, (2) COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, (3) LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, (4) DELAYS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, (5) AND ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APPLICATION AND INFORMATION, WHETHER OR NOT NBC LTD. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Non-Commercial Use Only NBC Ltd. Applications for mobile and web is made available to you for your non-commercial use only. This means that you may use it for your personal use only: you may use it at work or at home, subject to the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. You need to obtain NBC Ltd. permission first, which you can do by contacting, if you want to sell NBC Ltd. for mobile and web or any information, services, or software associated with or derived from it, or if you want to modify, copy, license, or create derivative works from NBC Ltd. for mobile and web. Unless you have our prior written consent, you agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from NBC Ltd. for mobile and web. Furthermore, you may not use NBC Ltd. for mobile and web in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair NBC Ltd. services (e.g., you may not use the NBC Ltd. for mobile and web in an automated manner), nor may you use NBC Ltd. for mobile and web in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of NBC Ltd. services.

Intellectual Property As between you and NBC Ltd., you agree and acknowledge that NBC Ltd. owns all rights, title and interest in and to NBC Ltd. Apps for mobile and web, including without limitation all associated Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from

time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree to not remove, obscure, or alter NBC Ltd.'s or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the NBC Ltd. Apps for mobile and web. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NBC Ltd. with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by NBC Ltd.

Information Any Information you provide at this application, directly or indirectly, such as Email, Name, and address shall be deemed to be non-confidential. NBC Ltd. ("NBC ") shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that NBC will use the Email address and other details for promotional purposes. NBC reserves the right to, at any time, without notice, use any information provided by you for promotion use. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Application may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that it is a secured line \ communication.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold NBC, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against NBC by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
